This is a space where you will enjoy to sit with a nice cool drink, family and friends or a good book. There are 2 bedrooms with a beautifully refurbished bathroom on the same floor. All of the rooms flooded with natural light. The living room is open plan with a new kitchen with those Spanish accents that makes this place so special. It has a lot of space to put out your sun lounger and have a nice dip in the blue water. The area is peaceful but you are in the centre of very lively areas. On the one side it´s a walking distance to Villamartin Plaza with lots of bars restaurants and live music. In the summer time there a great live concerts on. On the other side is La Fuente commercial centre, with shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will have everything on your doorstep, even an 24 hour shop with amazing baguettes.
