Apartment, Ciudad Quesada

The residencial offers spacious and modern, high-quality apartments. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, either on the ground floor with two large terraces in different latitudes, or one floor up with your private roof terrace, some with built pergola. All apartments overlook the well-kept communal pool area, which allows you to choose the weather that suits you best. What stands out in this project is the unusually large living room with an open floor plan to the kitchen. Easy to fit with both a dining area and a large sofa group, something that is not common when you buy newly produced 2 bedroom apartments on the Costa Blanca. It is a quiet area just outside the center of Ciudad Quesada, and in the complex there are only a total of 48 apartments distributed, which means that there will be a family feeling among the residents when all the apartments are sold. You have Consum only 500 meters away and several other grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.
