Villa, Polop

6 luxury villas in Polop. PONOIG BALCONY.We currently have a furnished pilot and another fully finished villa. So there are 2 "turnkey" to deliver now! 2 more will come in April and July. And if it sells quickly we could finish everything in August. They are villas with one floor and a basement, that is, 3 floors with a total of more than 290m2. Located on plots of a little more than 420m2.They have underfloor heating and also multi-zone air conditioning. An immense kitchen is connected to a very bright living room and a ceiling of more than 6 meters. The house has 3 full suites, one on the ground floor and 2 upstairs. The basement allows many options to make another room, because it has a window with natural light. With access to make a closed garage, and for large families a play space for children. But also, a movie room, a gym, a library or simply a huge dressing room or storage room! The exteriors are generous and an infinity pool closes the main terrace with views of the Bernia mountain range. On the upper floor the views are wonderful and complement a villa that is already magnificent for its spaces and qualities.
