Villa, Racó de Galeno

In contrast to traditional Mediterranean architecture, this project emerges from its own topography, resembling agricultural terraces and offering a unique perspective of the sea. With two levels seamlessly integrated into the landscape, one in exposed concrete for night use and another in local stone for day use, the villa presents itself as a typographical element defining new ground. The outdoor area is an extension of the villa's design philosophy, with an infinity pool extending towards the horizon, blurring the distinction between sea and sky. This seamless integration of architecture and landscape continues indoors, where contemplative spaces are illuminated by an outside presence, creating a fluid yet controlled environment. The use of natural materials and minimalism evokes a primal atmosphere, inviting residents to explore and find comfort in their surroundings. As residents venture outdoors, they are greeted by a separate guest apartment nestled within the landscaped garden, offering a private retreat or space for a home office or gym. The villa's advanced amenities, including an internal elevator, underfloor heating, and home automation system, ensure both comfort and convenience. Access to the property is secure and convenient, with remote-controlled gates and a video intercom system providing peace of mind for residents and guests alike. With its unparalleled blend of luxury, comfort, and modern design, this villa offers the ultimate Mediterranean lifestyle just 1.5 km from the beach.
